Plant Operator – Loader - Jerilderie
Full-time - 2 Year Position
We have a career opportunity for a Plant Operator - Loader for a 2-year full-time position.
Work will include the operation of Council machinery and plant in accordance with specifications and contribute effectively to the day-to-day activities associated with the quarry and construction and maintenance of Council & TfNSW roads.

Plant Operator – Darlington Point
Full time
We have a career opportunity for a Plant Operator to join our multi-skilled team.
Work will include construction and maintenance projects in parks and gardens, Council infrastructure and TfNSW projects. Suitable applicants will need recent and demonstrated work experience and competent writing and communication skills.
Joining our multi-skilled team will include operating various plant machinery such as Bob Cat, Trucks, Loaders, Patching Truck, Street Sweeper, Rollers etc.
Position location: Darlington Point Depot

Verification of Competency on allocated plant

Previous labouring experience in construction or maintenance of parks and gardens

White card (or general construction induction card)

Current Heavy Vehicle Licence e.g. LR, MR, HR, HC or MC

Proven ability to work both in a team environment and independently

Building Maintenance Assistant
We have an exciting career opportunity for a Building Maintenance Assistant to join our Infrastructure team and play an important role in repairing, constructing and maintaining our buildings and assets.
The ideal person will have hands-on experience in the building and construction industry. Candidates with trade qualifications are preferred, but those without are also encouraged to apply, as training is available.
The position can be based at either Coleambally, Darlington Point or Jerilderie Depot.

Mechanic
We have an exciting career opportunity for an energetic and capable mechanic. The Mechanic will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing Council’s vehicles, heavy plant, and other equipment to minimise downtime and enable the optimal utilisation of plant and equipment.
The servicing of plant may occur in council depots and/or in the field subject to operational requirements.
This position is located at our Darlington Point Depot.
