Anzac Day

It's great news that ANZAC Day ceremonies can be held again this year. Let's show our support for those that gave so much for our country!

The arrangements are as follows (please arrive 30 minutes before to allow for COVID check-in):

6 am - Dawn Service at Coleambally at John McInnes Square.

11 am - Anzac Ceremony at Coleambally at John McInnes Square (no march) followed by a light lunch at the Coleambally Community Club.

6 am - Dawn Service at the Cenotaph followed by breakfast at the Tidy Towns Shed at Luke Park.

10 am - March and wreath laying - meet outside Jerilderie Chemist.

As part of the march, the Newell Highway from Brown Street to Nowranie Street will be closed from approximately 10 – 11 am with a detour in place.

Our Council proudly supports and promotes Anzac Day ceremonies and other commemorative days in our area.

Services are held in Jerilderie and alternately between Coleambally and Darlington Point.
