Submissions regarding a proposed development must reach Council by the advertised closing date. A submission on a Development Application on exhibition must relate directly to the work proposed, and possible impact on surrounding property or the locality.

Proposed Development: Alterations & additions to Coleambally Community Hall
Subject Land: Lot 118 DP 527599, Kingfisher Avenue Coleamally 2707

Council has received an application for alterations and additions to the Coleambally Community Hall including car parking areas and landscaping.

In accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 the above development application and accompanying information can be viewed from Wednesday 22 September 2021 until Wednesday 6 October 2021 at Murrumbidgee Council Offices, 39 Brolga Place Coleambally.

Written submissions will be received up to 4pm Wednesday 6 October 2021 and are to be sent to PO Box 96 Jerilderie NSW 2716 or via email at mail@murrumbidgee.nsw.gov.au.  Any person making a submission by way of objection must ensure that the objection is specified in the submission.

DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL - DA 20-2021

Proposed Development: Service Station
Subject Land: Lots 1 & 2 DP 569978, 1-5 Southey Street & Lot 2 DP 860991, 2 Sleeman Street Jerilderie 2716

 

We have received an application to construct and operate a service station on the subject land.  The proposal also includes a convenience store, associated truck and car parking areas, underground petroleum storage systems and signage.

In accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 the above development application and accompanying information can be viewed from Friday 10 September 2021 until Friday 8 October 2021 at Murrumbidgee Council Offices, 35 Jerilderie Street, Jerilderie.
