Emergency Ready Plan Workshop - Jerilderie

RAMJO, Murrumbidgee Council and Red Cross are offering free workshops to help local residents prepare for future natural disasters.

The Riverina and Murray Joint Organisation (RAMJO) and Murrumbidgee Council have engaged the Red Cross to facilitate the workshops as part of a Disaster Risk Reduction Fund (DRRF) project.

These RediPlan workshops will help you to begin and then maintain your own household emergency RediPlan to make sure you are prepared for future natural disasters.

A light supper will be provided and all participants will go in a free raffle to win an emergency kit worth $200. Community members can RSVP to RAMJO Project Manager Emily Sharp on 0436 370 722 or Emily.Sharp@ramjo.nsw.gov.au .

The DRRF project is administered by the NSW Reconstruction Authority and jointly funded by the Commonwealth and New South Wales governments.
