Agendas & minutes
General monthly Council meetings are known as 'ordinary meetings'. They are held 11 times per year, from February to December.
Councillors and senior staff attend these meetings with staff providing briefings on agenda items beforehand.
The monthly meetings rotate between Coleambally, Darlington Point and Jerilderie.
Members of the community are welcome to attend in person and observe from the public gallery.
Each meeting has an agenda and business paper (which includes reports and related attachments). These documents are available from Council offices and our website the Thursday before the meeting date.
Members of the community are welcome to attend the meetings in person and observe from the public gallery. All meetings are live streamed on the Murrumbidgee Council Facebook page.
Following the meeting, the minutes are uploaded to our website.
A recording of each meeting is also uploaded to our website and the Murrumbidgee Council YouTube page.
