Four-Day Week Engagement

This consultation has now closed. Council has completed its community engagement on the proposed four-day compressed work week and resolved in July 2026 to move towards an agreement to commence a 15-month trial from 1 January 2027.The proposal will be reviewed after 12 months, including a further staff vote, before Council considers whether the arrangement should continue.
