Jerilderie Indigenous Football Netball Round

Jeithi Aboriginal Group and the Jerilderie Football Netball Club invite you to a landmark celebration of culture, community and sport. 

On Saturday 26 July 2025, Jerilderie will host its first Indigenous Round, with Jerilderie taking on Mathoura in a day full of game-day action, ceremony, music and connection.

The program will include a Welcome to Country by Jeithi Elder Barb Browne, a smoking ceremony, didgeridoo performance, and presentations by the Jeithi Group. Enjoy music by SCAR TREE featuring Uncle Damien Dookie Thorne, a delicious feed from Jake of RUB N SMOKE, and the chance to bid on signed footy and netball gear.
