Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we work, run businesses and connect with our communities. Join this fully subsidised, practical, beginner-friendly course to discover how AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT can support everyday tasks while learning how to use them safely, responsibly and effectively.

What you will learn
In this 4-hour fully subsidised, hands-on session, you will learn:
• What AI is and how it works
• How AI is being used in everyday life and regional workplaces, including agriculture, small business, education, health, government and community services
• How to use tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot
• Simple prompting techniques to get better results
• How to identify and manage privacy, cybersecurity, bias and misinformation risks
• Practical ways AI could support your work, business or community

Who is it for?
Whether you're a worker, business owner, primary producer, educator, community organisation member, jobseeker or simply curious about AI, this course is for you.

What should I bring?
A laptop or other internet-enabled device that you can use to access online resources and participate in the course activities.
