Council meetings are live streamed in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993 and the 2025 Model Code of Meeting Practice for Local Councils in NSW.

Meeting details

Council meetings are usually held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 2 pm from February to December. The meeting location alternates between Coleambally, Darlington Point and Jerilderie.

Live streaming will begin shortly before each meeting starts. If you experience any issues viewing the stream, you can also watch directly on our Facebook page.

Meeting recordings

Recordings of council meetings are kept on this page and on our Facebook page for at least 12 months or for the balance of the council term, whichever is longer.

Important information

Meetings are recorded by audio-visual device and made publicly available in accordance with section 236 of the Local Government (General) Regulation 2021.

At the start of each meeting, the chairperson will advise attendees that the meeting is being recorded and that persons attending should refrain from making any defamatory statements.

Parts of meetings that are closed to the public in accordance with section 10A of the Local Government Act 1993 are not live streamed or recorded.
