Environment protection Authority (EPA) licensing

We hold 2 licenses issued by the Environment protection Authority (EPA) to regulate the operation of our sewer network, which includes 2 main sewerage treatment plants (at Boyd Street, Darlington Point and Wilson Road, Jerilderie) and a smaller one at Coleambally.

Pollution monitoring data

The documents below set out the written requirements of the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) that holders of environment protection licences must follow to comply with the guidelines within the Protection of the Environment Legislation Amendment Act 2011 (POELA Act). This includes publishing or make pollution monitoring data available to members of the public.
